Yes, all cleaning products are included in the quoted price. We bring high-quality cleaning solutions and materials to every job

Yes, you must provide all equipment, including a working hoover (vacuum cleaner), mop, bucket, and a safe stepladder if needed for high areas.
Our cleaners do not bring any equipment, so please make sure everything provided is clean, functional, and ready for use.

Yes, we charge for additional rooms. Pricing is based on the size and condition of your property. You’ll receive a custom quote before confirming your booking, ensuring transparency with no hidden fees.

  • Professional-grade eco-friendly cleaning products infused with essential oils for a fresh, calming scent

  • Multi-surface sprays, degreasers, bathroom and kitchen cleaners

  • Microfibre cloths, dusters, and polishing pads for all surfaces

we do not bring large cleaning equipment such as hoovers, mops, buckets, or step ladders.
To ensure your clean is completed to the highest standard, all clients must provide:

  • A working hoover / vacuum cleaner

  • A mop and bucket

  • A step ladder (for higher or hard-to-reach areas)

We only bring a few cleaning tools so please ensure you have your own hoover and mop at minimum 

All our staff are fully vetted, DBS checked, and insured, giving you complete peace of mind with every booking. We take pride in maintaining a trustworthy and professional team who respect your home and privacy at all times. Every cleaner represents our commitment to safety, reliability, and premium-quality service so you can relax knowing your space is in safe hands.

Scheduling & Appointments

We recommend booking at least 24–48 hours in advance to secure your preferred time slot.

Yes, you can reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before your service. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee.

Yes, we offer a satisfaction guarantee. We ensure a high standard of cleaning, and your cleaner will ask for your signature once the job is complete to confirm that you’re satisfied with the service.

Same-day bookings may be available depending on our schedule. Please submit your request and we’ll confirm availability as soon as possible.

We’ll always keep you updated regarding your cleaner’s arrival time. Communication is important to us, and we do our best to stay on schedule.

Services / Extra  Questions

Yes, we can clean inside windows and reachable high areas as long as you provide a safe stepladder or ladder. Our team does not climb on furniture or unstable surfaces for safety reasons.

 

No need we sort whites, darks, and delicates before washing if you chose a separate wash, if you select a mixed wash then everything will be washed together. if you have special items, please separate them 

Yes, as long as they’re friendly and comfortable with new people. Please mention any pets when booking. We advise for your pets to be in different rooms while the cleaners are working.

 

Yes, you’re welcome to leave once access has been provided. Most clients prefer to go about their day while we take care of the cleaning.

We treat your home and laundry with the utmost care, but in the rare case of damage or loss, we are fully insured and will handle claims promptly. Please report any issues within 24 hours of serivce.

Yes. If you’re not happy with the result, we’ll re clean / rewash the problem for free of charge. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

 

  • We do not use bleach or harsh chemicals — most of our products are non-toxic and aromatherapy-based for a safer clean.

  • We do not use the client’s bleach or heavy chemical sprays, even if provided.

  • We do not clean areas that are unsafe or hazardous, such as mold-infested or biohazard zones.

  • We do not move heavy furniture or large appliances (we clean around and behind where safely accessible).

  • We do not provide hoovers or mops — clients must have these available for hygiene reasons.

  • We do not clean exterior building surfaces, roofs, balconies , or outdoor windows.

  • We do not guarantee removal of permanent stains, damage, or discolouration.

  • We do not handle pest removal, waste disposal, or heavy lifting.
