You’re not alone—this is something we get asked a lot, especially by new casters. The good news? It’s really simple.
Just Bag It—Literally
There’s no need to overthink it. You can use any clean, secure bag to hold your clothes—
• A black bin bag
• A sturdy shopping bag
• A zip-up laundry tote
• Even a suitcase, if that’s what you have on hand
As long as your clothes are inside something that won’t rip open mid-journey, we’re all good.
Tip: Tie or seal the bag to keep everything contained and easy to carry.
What Happens Next
Once we collect your items, we’ll bring them back to our workspace and do the sorting on our end. Your clothes are never mixed with anyone else’s, and we take extra care with every load.
After your items are washed, dried, and folded (or treated, if you selected premium care), we’ll neatly repack them so everything comes back fresh and ready to wear.
