You can a book online. We offer fixed rates based on the weight of your laundry and additional services. If you’re unsure of the weight, we’ll bring a scale during pickup and confirm the final price before we proceed.
We typically take a small deposit when you book, and the remaining balance is due after we weigh your laundry at pickup. If you already know the weight, you can prepay in full but we will weigh the laundry to ensure that your estimate is correct.
Same-day collection may be available depending on your location and our schedule. Delivery is usually within 24 to 48 hours. Please contact us to check same-day availability. (changes may apply.)

We offer standard wash & fold, bedding and towel care, delicate wash, and optional add-ons like steam ironing or fragrance. All clothes are washed, dried, neatly folded, and packaged for return.
No need — we sort whites, darks, and delicates before washing if you chose a separate wash, if you select a mixed wash then everything will be washed together. if you have special items, please separate them and label clearly.
Just place your laundry in any clean bag (bin liners or laundry bags are fine). We’ll weigh it on collection and transfer it into secure bags if needed.
